IBIS 716 – 5S HOUSEKEEPING THEORY and PRACTICAL
Overview Description
This TWO-DAY course is designed to not just cover the theory but the second day will take an action of a full 5S exercise. Practically use Sorting, Setting up, Shine, Standardise and Sustain philosophy and also labeling. Understand the criteria and importance of an effective working environment and the equipments used within it. Be able to promote employee ownership of their own, working environment and development of the ‘continuous improvement’ culture.
